Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate registration information and use the service in compliance with applicable laws.

Subscriptions & Trials

vertOS may be offered on a free-trial basis. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, trials convert to a paid subscription under the plan you selected. Fees are billed in advance on the billing cycle shown at checkout, and prices are subject to change with notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting service availability, scraping at scale, or using the service to violate the rights of others.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, vertOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms. You may stop using the service at any time; certain provisions survive termination.
